When you enquire about a property through one of our agents, we record your name, phone number, email address (if given), your budget range, and notes from our conversations with you.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, match you with suitable properties, and follow up with you about your search — with your consent, given at the time our agent collects your details.
Your enquiry is visible to the agent handling it and to platform administrators. Where an agent hands off or shares an enquiry with a colleague, that access is logged.
Once an enquiry is closed (won or lost), we keep your contact details for a limited retention period for record-keeping, after which they are automatically erased.
You can ask us at any time to erase your personal data. Ask the agent you have been dealing with, or contact us directly, and we will remove your name, phone, email and notes from our records.
